Amee, I understand that you’re upset, but I want to point out that it wasn’t “for nothing.” 83% of his enormous tax breaks went to making rich people richer.

News flash: rich people like that.  They adore that, and donate large sums of money to support anyone or anything that promises to keep this flow of cash coming.

This is what’s called corruption.  We live in a country that, as Jimmy Carter said recently, features “unlimited political corruption.” Money that could be going into infrastructure, healthcare, environmental protection, or education is lining the pockets of the uber-wealthy.
