The President of the United States Is Mentally Ill

It’s not news that there are life-long Republicans who refuse to vote for Trump.  In June of 2016, ultra-conservative columnist George Will exited the Republican party, and he’s been joined by many other public intellectuals on the right-wing since then. 

Some are saying that the only way to fix the GOP is to get Trump out of office as soon as possible, but most of America couldn’t care less about repairing the party of racism, cruelty, lies, and blatant criminality; the longer it remains broken the better.  In any case, the imperative to remove Trump is becoming more clear and urgent with each passing day.

Today’s press briefing in which he recommended bringing light into the body through the skin and injecting disinfectant may have brought the ball over the goal line.   If you want to see a look that blends horror and astonishment, check out the facial expression of medical advisor Dr. Birx when all this went down. It’s impossible to know how many other Americans looked on in shock and disbelief, but it must have been substantial.

The man simply isn’t well.  We need to remove him before it’s too late.
