Bizarre Behavior in Michigan Protest/Attack

Now we have a full-on legal scene, as this is a misdemeanor; the question is which one.
• Even notwithstanding the virus, on a good day, this is intimidation, i.e., intentional behavior that “would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities” to fear injury or harm.
• Considering the virus, I would call this battery, the criminal offense involving unlawful physical contact.
• If someone dies, that’s involuntary manslaughter, since it would be an accidental death while committing another crime, in this case intimidation and/or battery.
In any case, beating the brains out of a few morons out of self-protection would have prevented all this discussion.
