I used to call Trump’s response to COVID-19 involuntary manslaughter, but it actually does appear like second degree murder at this point, as his motive has become clear.

There was nothing negligent about this; it was intentional. He deliberately sent thousands of people to agonizing deaths, so as to minimize the damage to his campaign for re-election.

He should get 20 years for each count.
