No Shame in Making Idiotic Statements

Here’s something that Ronna McDaniel, Chairperson of the Republican National Committee said the other day, capping it off with, “You can run, Joe, but you can’t hide.”

What exactly is she saying, and who’s she talking to?  How many people are so stupid as to believe that an ordinary citizen has any power to implement pandemic policies?  My gardener has just as much authority.  Everybody knows that.

There was a time not too long ago that making idiotic statements caused embarrassment.  Guess those days are gone.
