Trump Gives Self A+ for COVID Response

Since the United States has ~4% of the world’s population and ~24% of COVID-19 fatalities, it’s pretty clear to anyone that Trump’s claim is just one more of his endless stream of lies.

But let’s admit something critically important: that the blame needs to be shared. As long as there are people who believe total bull****, there will be purveyors of total bull****.

Moreover, it doesn’t matter what the subject is, or how destructive it may be.  There will be heroin and meth as long as there are addicts.  People are still buying elephant tusks, rhinoceros horns, and 13-year-old girls.  A market arises to meet demand, with no exceptions.
