Of All 50 States, Mississippi Has Most COVID-19 Deaths Per Capita

Does it comes as a shock that Mississippi leads the union in COVID-19 deaths per capita?

In many ways, it’s the perfect storm: perennially last in healthcare overall, close to the bottom in education, ferociously anti-science, and second only to West Virginia for lowest vaccination rate.

It really couldn’t have turned out any other way.
