Voting Rights Are at Stake

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that, as long as there is no clear discrimination, the states may do as they wish re: voting rights as established in the 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution.

Fine.  Explain how making it harder for people of color to vote isn’t “clear discrimination.”  How much more obvious does it have to be?
