New York AG Wants Court to Enforce Subpoenas of Trump Children

Some people speculate that the New York State Attorney General doesn’t need the cooperation of Don Jr. and Ivanka Trump, i.e., that there is already overwhelming evidence of fraud.  It’s hard to know from here.

Insofar as this is a civil rather than criminal case, the Fifth Amendment doesn’t come into play.  Should be interesting.
