Republicans and “Small Government”

It’s been clear ever since I was a boy that Republicans are insincere when they say they want small government.  They want an extremely powerful government when it comes to enforcing their values on the common American, i.e., a country dominated by the ultra-rich, one that features violence, racism, sexism, and cruelty.

Such a nation is repugnant to the majority of people, and this cannot exist without strong external forces.
