Will the U.S. Supreme Court Recover?

This from Brian Stelter, American TV anchor and chief media correspondent for CNN, re: a quote from Jeffrey Toobin, legal analyst for CNN.

I’m not an expert on the Supreme Court, but I would say that recovering from this leak will be a piece of cake as compared to rebuilding after a) blatant corruption, e.g., Clarence Thomas’ not recusing himself from a case in which he has a personal interest (which happens to be overthrowing the United States government), and b) perjury, e.g., Cavanaugh’s, Comey’s, and Gorsuch’s swearing under oath that they recognized Roe as the law of the land.
