The U.S. Supreme Court’s Attempt to “Survive the Stench”

The “stench” associated with the overturning of Roe v. Wade is considerable, most notably because four Supreme Court justices lied on this subject during the senate confirmation hearings.

The behavior of Clarence Thomas, however, may be worse.  In particular, he’s married to a woman who directly attempted to overthrow the U.S. government, and he failed to recuse himself from a case that involved his own self-interest.

That’s malodorous, putting it kindly.
