Will Bannon’s Testimony Be of Value?

Obviously, Steve Bannon will be of no more help to our nation’s effort to get at the truth re: January 6th than is absolutely required.

But he still needs to a) answer direct questions truthfully, or b) plead the Fifth, or c) commit perjury.

His motives are self-evident, but they don’t really matter.

Let’s note that the judge in Bannon’s contempt of Congress case is insisting that the trial go forward, regardless of whatever tack Bannon takes on his testimony in front of the investigating committee.
