Did the Supreme Court Justices Lie Under Oath?

I’d love to say otherwise, but I don’t think this is going to work.  These are profoundly unethical people, but proving that they committed perjury isn’t possible.

Imagine that you wanted to overturn Roe, and someone asked you your beliefs on the subject.  You replied, “Roe v. Wade is settled law.”  What you were thinking is that “Roe v. Wade is settled law, which I intend to overturn if I get the chance.”

What you actually said was not a lie.
