Trump and January 6th

What we see at left is true, but was there any way of accomplishing that?

Trump, the most powerful person on Earth, simply had his lawyers delay the forward motion of the three main criminal indictments until he became president again, and, in essence, dismissed the charges against him, just as if he were Putin or any other dictator.

Now, he’s using his prosecutors to go after Jack Smith and the others who sought justice for this nation.

At this point, the United States, for the first time in its history, is a banana republic.  If it can be done at all, it will take years, probably decades, to restore rule of law.
