Taxing the Rich

IMO, we need a tax on extreme wealth, rather than income.

We’re taking about people with hundreds of billions of dollars in net worth.  Taking, say, 5% per annum of that wealth and using it to feed and clothe the 1.5 billion people on this planet who can’t get a glass of clean water to drink seems like a very good idea.
