Clint Eastwood (Apparently) Not a Fan of Obama

Not sure if Clint Eastwood actually said this. If he did, I would point out:

Obama is normally ranked #7 out of 47 U.S. presidents by historians. Not so highly by grossly uneducated racist actors.
