In Case It’s Not Obvious, Most Members of Congress Don’t Care About Us

We seem shocked when Congress votes to keep drug prices high and healthcare unavailable to people who can’t afford it.  Why is this surprising?  Does anyone think these people have any interest whatsoever in the well-being of the people they supposedly serve?

You’ll never find a subject on which there is more agreement than common sense gun laws.  A full 91%, 10 out of every 11 Americans, wants to see mandatory background checks for prospective gun owners, as an important step to prevent the tragedies noted at left.
