Manslaughter Charges for Trump?

I can completely see this.  He watched people whom he knew to be armed storming the Capitol Building, which was packed with police, congresspeople, and the Vice President.  And he did nothing for more than three hours while people were dying.

But from where I sit (and everyone else outside the DoJ), I still think the strongest cases are seditious conspiracy and treason.  Based on the evidence we already have, there’s no way on Earth Trump didn’t try to overthrow the U.S. government.
