When This Is Over, . . .

Here are the words of attorney and former Director of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics Walter Shaub.

It’s interesting that he begins, “When this is over,” making the presumption that it will end, and the United States will go back to the zeitgeist that was present in the pre-Trump days.

I sure hope he’s right, but our nation’s voting base is one of widespread racism, cruelty, and stupidity.  Coupled with unbridled corruption in congress, we don’t exactly have a recipe for getting things back on track.
