The First and Second Law of Thermodynamics Say a Great Big NO Here

There are grown-up people on this planet who believe that more energy can be pulled out of a system than we put into the system.  This supposed hydrogen-powered Norwegian ship at left ostensibly:

1) Starts with seawater

2) Uses electricity to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen

3) Runs the hydrogen through a fuel cell, generating electricity that not only powers the boat, but also repeats step 2).
