Politics in Our Schools

When I was a schoolboy, I remember clearly the distinct impressions I formed about where some of my teachers stood politically.

We had the occasional “hard-ass” who was almost definitely a conservative, some of whom might even be Trump supporters today. And we had the kindhearted guy, maybe teaching English or social studies, who was likely a liberal.

Was that a big deal then?  Is it really today?

If you’re gullible enough to believe that our nation’s school system is essentially a manufacturing plant that produces woke communists, you’ll believe anything.
