These Lies Have to be More Credible, Gentlemen

Part of what’s bringing down the Trump presidency is his people’s remarkable inability to tell lies that are even remotely credible to the American people.  Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent claimed beef prices are rising because of immigrants bringing diseased cattle across the border.  That seems far-fetched, even to the rank-and-file MAGA Trump supporter.
