Did Bill Gates Make Hundreds of Billions of Dollars by “Building Cash Flow” and “Following Proven Principles?”

Does anyone believe that Bill Gates actually said this?

He co-founded a company that partnered with IBM to provide the earliest, core software for the personal computer that exploded into the most important industry in human history.

There was no “proven system.”

Had he bought hundreds of Little Caesars Pizza and Jiffy Lube franchises, this would have been credible.
