Writing About Renewable Energy Requires Lucid Prose

Here’s some advice to those writing about renewable energy, or anything else: communicate your ideas clearly.  On average, I get perhaps a dozen requests every week for one thing or another, and occasionally I’m left wondering what we’re talking about.  This morning, as an example:

Respected Sir. I am a student of mechanical engineering (final year) and I want to introduce society to green energy.  The aims of your company have been introduced in the university I am studying in. It will be my honor to have your support and proper affiliation to your company. Awaiting for your positive response.

I’m flattered that his university has introduced him to 2GreenEnergy, but I have no idea what he wants.
