Certain U.S. States Doing Great Work in Slowing Climate Change

As retrogressive and obstructionist as the U.S. federal government is vis-a-vis climate change mitigation, certain of the states are doing fantastic work.

Ever since my college days, I’ve had a warm spot in my heart for Connecticut, widely hailed for its dramatic seacoast and, at the time, its borderline-revolutionary 18-year-old drinking age.

Seriously, here’s what these folks have done about sea level rise. Impressive.
