Here’s an amusing claim: “New design on 250кw turbine (shown here) we are installing in Rep. Of Georgia.”

No you’re not.

Power is proportional to swept area. The device has approximately the same profile as the side of a car, as shown in this video.  You’d need wind blowing at about 225 MPH to generate 250 KW.
