Does Biden Face a “Delicate Dance” To Win Over the ‘Bernie Brothers?’

Am I the only American not worried about this? Biden is a garden-variety neoliberal, just like every president who’s come before him since 1980 (with a few variations on the theme).  His competitor is a sociopath, one that, fortunately, has no precedent in U.S. history. Behind the lies and the propaganda, he’s done nothing for this country other than to destroy it.

What choice do Bernie voters have?  Would they go for a third-party candidate (if one emerges)?  No, since that’s what gave us Trump in the first place.

Yes, tens of millions of people would like to see the U.S. refashion itself in the ways of the rest of the developed world, and God knows I’m one.  But, since that appears impossible in 2020, could any of these people not vote to remove Trump?

Lots of good things can happen in 2024, but for right now, all decent people have precisely one priority.
