Energy vs. Power

I’m always impressed (he said sarcastically) by people in technology who provide numbers that are expressed in units that don’t exist, like KW/day. That’s like saying my driveway is 60 feet per second long.

I had a friend in college who would ask questions like: “Is it farther to New York or by car?” and “How long is a piece of string?” The difference: he was kidding.
