As abhorrent as most Americans find this, we need to understand that this is about money. Lots of it. Fox News’ advertisers sell stuff to millions upon millions of people, the vast majority of whom are hateful, gullible and stupid beyond measure, and apparently, they respond very will to fiery disrespectful rhetoric like this, alarming as it may be.
The common American wants to see him carted out of the studio and dumped into the street. Even more satisfying: one of these generals shows up and beats this insolent turd to a bloody pulp.
