Plant-Based Meat, The Best Taste Yet

This clever graffiti artist provided me with another opportunity to remind readers about the progress being made in plant-based meat.

Beyond Meat claims that its burger has a “meatier taste” than ever before, and ya know what?  They’re right.  It’s almost impossible to distinguish these patties from beef.

It’s a triple victory: better for you, better for the environment, and better for the cow (or chicken).
