Americans–even the greedy pigs and the hateful idiots–are turning against Trump.

Each new day brings a new level of chaos, mayhem, economic freefall, criminality, and international humiliation for our country and its people.

We’ve run out of patience.

It’s heartening to know that the illegal and purposeless war in Iran is deeply unpopular with Trump’s base.

Maybe there’s hope.

The United States is chock full of people who support bans on things like performing transgender surgeries in schools and votes from illegal aliens.

When we come across statements like the one at left, we have to wonder about the IQ of people who find this compelling.

I’ve known house cats far smarter than this.

For those who aren’t familiar with the very bottom of late-20th Century rock music, Gene Simmons was a member of the band KISS.

IMO, the most important principle at stake here in what he said here is the freedom of speech as guaranteed under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, a document that used to be held in very high regard.

How much misery can Trump inflict on the American people before they remove him from office?

The United States still suffers from eligible voters who are unregistered and registered voters who do not show up at the polls.

That said, these numbers are shrinking, now that there is so much at stake: an illegal and purposeless war, environmental collapse, a criminal in the White House, etc.

If the Republicans fail in their attempt to suppress the vote, they are in deep trouble in the coming midterms.

Regarding the question at left, I’m not sure.  Maybe “Stupidity?”

If humankind is forced to migrate to Mars because it’s too stupid to fix the catastrophes it’s created here on Earth, and also stupid enough to believe that taking our criminal insanity to another planet will effectively address our problems, I can’t think of a better name.

An essential part of being a Republican congressperson is being able to convince your constituents of things that are obviously untrue.

It is true that the United States experiences voter fraud, though studies assess it at a miniscule percentage of 1%.  But it’s virtually never committed by illegal aliens, since they don’t have the credentials to register to vote in any of our 50 states.

The defining characteristic of a successful GOP representative is his capacity to lie to morons.
