Building a Better World Means Helping One Another

I just had a conversation with a guy who asked me, “Isn’t the implementation of renewable energy an uphill battle in the U.S. right now?” To which I replied, “Absolutely. We seem to be operating on the principle: If there is something good and positive that can be ruined, you can count on this administration to ruin it.”

This looks great. My only challenge is “ignoring nonsense.”
What Neil deGrasse Tyson says here is good. Among other things. cremation requires energy that has to come from somewhere.
At left is something I came across on social media, and here’s what I wrote them:
I wonder how many American parents, even those who still support Trump, would like to see their children grow up to have the same character as the president.
To the reader who sent me this:
I have to say that I’m a sucker for a good analogy, and I love what Tony Rush has done at left.
Apparently, what Cardinal Mueller said at left is factual, and, for some perverse reason, it makes me laugh.
The danger posed by Trump’s bombing of the boats off the coast of Venezuela is that it’s blatantly lawless. It’s a clear violation of an entire array of domestic and international legislation, and just another indication that Trump believes he’s above the law.
It’s both surprising and disappointing to see our country’s greatest minds, like Mark Twain and Robert Frost, make comments like this about education.
