Precious Few Scientists at Work in the Trump Administration, But They Didn’t Just Vanish

Precious Few Scientists at Work in the Trump Administration, But They Didn’t Just VanishAs suggested in the graphic below, there sure is a conspicuous absence of scientists in Trump’s government, but the community of climate scientists is not willing to sit around and silently watch the U.S. turn the planet into a cesspool.

CzscMejUkAA3uLyThis article in the Washington Post reports that a gaggle of climate scientists are pushing back against EPA Administrator and avowed enemy of the EPA (did I just write that?) Scott Pruitt’s belief that CO2 is not the driver of climate change.

Readers may find the photo collage here unfair, and I get that.  But the underlying point is both fair and quite important: if you review Rick Perry’s credentials to lead the Department of Energy, don’t expect to be impressed.

  1. Silent Running says:

And our new Sec of Energy wanted to shut down the DOE.

He and his ilk claim to love Strong Defense and also Nuclear power .

Yet he would try to close out this Dept that spends 80 5 of its budget on both maintaining our nuclear deterrents and maintaining and underwriting the struggling nuclear GENIE.

PERHAPS THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM AT WORK OR DAY DREAMING ?
I see it as more Dumbing Down of our Nation State! Deplorable and beyond ….on the making of america great again movement !
