Indeed, Trump Has “Moral Clarity”

Apparently, some people are incensed about what 2012 presidential hopeful Michele Bachmann said here.  I actually don’t argue that Trump has “moral clarity.” It’s perfectly clear where he stands on issues that have enormous moral impact: abandoning allies, destroying the environment for profit, wrecking public education…the list is endless.

In fact, that’s what makes all this so ghastly.  There is nothing ambiguous, nothing left to the imagination about who Trump is as a moral figure.

    Craig,

Y’now “moral clarity.” is a funny thing. I have always marveled at the breadth of flexibility in your moral pronouncements.

Likewise the vast gap between your moral criticism of those you dislike or oppose politically or ideologically, and your own moral conduct and that of those you consider fellow”true believers’.

Thus you condone the actions of black clad, masked violent thugs who in a racially motivated mob attack, savagely beat and hospitalized a lone reporter, because the mob were members of Anti-Fa.

When the President condemned such behaviour, you berated him, and his supporters as racists!

Yeah, “moral clarity’ the way you practice morality, is indeed a very selective exercise in hypocrisy !
