The “OMG” Kind of TechnoFraud

As you look at the video here, ask yourself: How is it possible that “Andy” isn’t in prison for fraud? If the Justice Department wants to shoot fish in a barrel, isn’t this the perfect barrel? I’m not an attorney, but how hard would it be to find any paid invoice from him to a customer and using it to send him away?

    Craig,

My goodness, what a vengeful little vigilante you’ve become!

While the writing style of the advertisement does seem to appear to appeal to the less bright and more gullible members of the community, where is the “Fraud” for which you demand ol’ “Andy’s” immediate incarceration?

Now I haven’t seen the video (it’s blocked in Australia) but just looking at the product and the idea behind the 3D tower design, it seems pretty dubious as to whether it has any merit, certainly not to the extent of the advertised hype.

But that’s not really the point, the point is, does Zak Bennett truly believe in his product?

Zak Bennett offers a “money back” guarantee if the product doesn’t live up to expectations. (the limits on the warranty aren’t those of the advertising claims).

Can you disprove (or have you even investigated) if ” Zack Bennett created his own home-power system” ?

It might be a lousy system, or just what he says it is,..you don’t know.

The theory of 3D solar tower technology does exist and prototypes were built by Siemens, MIT, and other research facilities.

The result were disappointing, but not altogether dismal.

To be “fraud” or a “scam” Zak Bennett must be more than a delusional, or failed, inventor. He must have set out to knowingly deceive.

If you ordered his product, found it not fit for the purpose described in his “trade description and contract and asked for your money back and not received a refund, then you might have a case of claiming fraud.

However, just acting like an outrages busybody, shows only how much hatred and frustration you must be harboring in your heart.

Like you, I doubt this product has any value, but I’m not so willing to condemn without evidence.
