Disbarring Giuliani
Just received this:
The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure specifically prohibit wasting judicial time and effort with frivolous lawsuits whose only intention is to delay, intimidate, or misdirect public opinion. Cut to: Rudy Giuliani.
Giuliani’s slew of lawsuits to overturn Trump’s loser election results have been systematically thrown out by court after court, state after state. With no evidence of widespread voter fraud, no plan to find the evidence, and false declarations of victory, Giuliani’s transparent goal has purely been to delay certification of the results and confuse voters. In other words, utterly frivolous, and a dangerous use of our legal system.
Certainly merited my signature, as it’s hard to imagine a more blatant violation of these laws.
