How Concerned Should We Be by Unlicensed Truck Drivers?

Truck drivers are scrutinized far more closely by the 1.2 million fulltime state and local law enforcement personnel and DMV weigh stations than drivers of passenger cars.  Given that, what’s the average lifespan of an unlicensed truck driver, before he’s arrested? A few days?

We all understand that we live in a country full of racist idiots, but this takes the cake.
