I wonder if the jackass who sent me the meme here is “for real,” because I can’t imagine that anyone is so ignorant that he doesn’t know that:

1) Displacing fossil fuels is a huge boon to the environment, especially getting rid of coal in the grid mix, and

2) As the beef industry continues to expand, it destroys our rain forests.
