Craig – what follows is not easy to write – but as a WW II US ARMY Colonel’s “brat” and US Navy Vet (early Vietnam):
— have you taken the time to read the US Military Officer’s Oath of Allegiance?
You know what you will find: that the Oath of allegiance they all swore to on the day that each one of them received their Commission as an Officer – state’s two conditions:
1.) Their sworn Oath of Allegiance – is sworn to the US Constitution – alone.
There is nothing about any President.
There is nothing about any President’s Appointee;
There is nothing about any Government.
There is only – the US Constitution.
2.) Their Oath further stipulates with “no ifs, ands, or butts” – that they “…will fight all enemies, foreign or domestic..” — and they don’t get to pick the definition of “the enemy” — full stop.
Also:
There is nothing in any Civil Law or UCMJ Article or Regulation stating that “…they have to obey any and all orders and / or commands from any President – because whomever is President – is their boss…”.
That’s a self-concocted “cover tradition” they cooked up decades ago.
They have been, since day one of this second term, irrespective to the Constitutionally illegal pronouncements from the ‘politically appointed “Supreme Court 6”:
— are daily in violation of US; “on the books”; legal language concerning a President who turns into a Dictator – in this present case:
— aided and abetted by the complete acquiescence of their Constitutional demanded duties; by the present US Republican Party held US House and US Senate: – making them all “accomplices to the fact”:
— if all else fails; the US Military will remove the “President -and by guilt, all associates – by whatever means necessary – a very close paraphrase.
Totally contrary to your “prediction” – the demonstrable fact is this:
— the entire US Military Leadership has individually and personally chosen to, instead of honoring their Oath of Allegiance – to instead “play ‘toy soldier’ with US Enlisted personnel lives.
Dishonor – rather than face the fact that for the first time in this Country’s 250 year history as a Republic:
— they’ve decided to dishonor the Oath of Allegiance to the Constitution and save their dishonored asses by either voluntarily “retire” or allow themselves to be forcibly retired by an illegal Dictator’s – puppet.
These individuals are not Americans.
They are all self-dishonored “Soldiers” – and there is more respect for the US Military Enlisted personnel than any US Military Officer today.
These are the facts Craig – and no amount of “lipstick” can make this anything but a deplorable pig.
