Republicans’ Last-Ditch Effort to Lie to Voters

In less than a month, we’re going to learn how many idiots are buying this socialism crap.

Sure, there are people who don’t know anything about the way people live in northern England, New Zealand, Costa Rica, etc.  Most of these people couldn’t find these countries on this globe.

But how many can there possibly be?

Clearly, Republicans are desperate, but isn’t asking voters to believe that the Swedes have to rely on the government for their job, salary, and food a bit over-the-top?

  1. Cameron Atwood says:

The false conflation of socialism with communism is at least as old as fascism.

Socialism allows private property, profit, and private capital, but regulates the economy and acts to reduce poverty, ignorance, preventable disease, and abuse of financial power. This endures in the happiest nations on our planet and elsewhere.

Communism is a system that tries to place the whole of means of production in the common ownership of the workforce, but the dictatorship of the proletariat is too easily corrupted to a military industrial authoritarian dictatorship.

Fascism is defined as a form of government characterized by the merging of corporate leadership and the state, emphasizing strong centralized power, with an aggressive nationalism, militant foreign policy, and the suppression of all opposition.

    Bonus:

Capitalism is defined as the possession of land, resources, production, and distribution, to profit private owners predisposed to the consolidation of business and the reduction of competition, causing the concentration of wealth in the hands of a small percentage of the population.
