Ironically, it looks like EPA administrator Scott Pruitt is going to lose his job because of rash expenditures like his $43,000 soundproof phone booth. In truth, the only reason anyone could possibly care about this is that it was made to facilitate deals that force poison upon every man, woman and child on the planet.
