Don’t Speak Ill of Trump

I have to think that the decision to allow this met some serious opposition internally at the school, and I’m sure that the argument in favor of the move included the notions of civics, current events, the balance of powers, and the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments.

Yesterday, all that vanished in the blink of an eye.
Imagine you’re one of about 2000 employees located in one of about 35 offices around the world, including New York City, London, Berlin, Sydney, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. How sickened would you be?

Trump is nothing if not predictable and consistent in his policies that fly into the teeth of science and cause grievous harm to our health.
Since science recognize vaccinations as safe and effective, why not appoint an anti-vaxxer to head up the Department of Health and Human Services?
Coal is by far the most toxic source of energy, so guess what Trump supports.

When they say “we the American people,” just how many are they talking about? Since most citizens are in vehement opposition to Trump, let’s start with the percentage of voters who approve of him, i.e., 37%.
Then, we have to subtract out all those who respect the U.S. Constitution.
It’s unclear how many remain, but it can’t be too many.
I happen to know several hardcore Trump supporters, but I doubt that there’s a single one who would suggest that the United States jettison the document that’s made this nation the envy of the world from the time its ratification in 1789 until Trump came along.

But it sure would be good to see newly minted U.S. voters making sure that the ideals of the Trump administration are immediately and permanently removed from American society.

Now, exactly what does that translate to in terms of a probability of Lindell’s winning? I’m unaware of a scientific method of making that calculation, but it can’t be more than 1 or 2 percent. Perhaps the same as a three-legged horse winning the Kentucky Derby this coming May.
Minnesota is one of the least favorable states in the union for a moron Trump supporting liar, who lost a $2.3 million defamation suit when he claimed that Dominion Voting Systems had rigged the 2020 election in favor of Biden.
Sure, California or Massachusetts would be worse, but most Minnesotans are well educated and affluent people with solid moral values.
