Trump’s Hypocrisy and Arrogance
From CNN: Donald Trump has repeatedly called for lengthy jail sentences for those who he claimed mishandled classified information. We recall the debates with Hillary Clinton where this was a very big deal indeed.
At issue here is the fact that Trump has never, not once in his entire life, been held accountable for his criminal acts, and thus he understandably believes that he can do whatever he wants with impunity.
Fortunately, the Department of Justice has no choice other than to indict him, because ignoring his actions here would be tantamount to telling all future presidents that the law doesn’t apply to them.
Here’s a reminder that the United States is the only country in the developed world whose citizens routinely die of treatable disease.
As anyone could have foreseen, the State of California’s ban on sales of new gas- and diesel-powered cars starting in 2035 has revved up the Big Oil machine that manufactures and disseminates malicious lies on electric transportation.
Going into the 2016 presidential election, Hillary Clinton made a huge political mistake by referring to Trump supporters as “deplorables.” Thinking something and saying it on camera are two different things.
There seems to be a recurring theme with Trump supporters: a) It is discovered that Trump did something illegal, b) the justice system reacts, c) Trump supporters are outraged that their guy is under attack by the Deep State, d) more facts emerge on the details of the crime, and finally, e) crickets.
I object to the sarcasm at the end of this meme; I do feel some level of sorrow for these gullible fools who followed the direct orders they received from the President of the United States.
The Texas fossil fuel companies have been effective in getting the state legislature to pass a law that 
Donald Trump’s pardoning a war criminal who was sentenced to prison in 2019 by the U.S. Marine Corp for stripping an Iraqi prisoner naked, interrogating him without authorization, and then shooting him twice. This angered the vast majority of active-duty and veteran military personnel, not to mention the majority of U.S. voters, because the act was rightfully seen as a slap in the face to the entire military justice apparatus, and a statement that lawlessness should prevail if that’s the way Trump wants it.
Dominion Voting Systems recently deposed Tucker Carlson at Fox News, and Sean Hannity and others are scheduled for a date in the near future. All this is prep work for the upcoming, much-ballyhooed jury trial in which the plaintiff alleges that the defendant defamed Dominion’s reputation.
No need for comment here.
