As the noose tightens around Donald Trump’s neck, everyone’s wondering how a group of heavily armed morons are going to react when the former president is charged with a variety of high-level felonies.
All this is made more interesting by the fact that, as indicated in the meme here, a great number of them are not precisely fit for combat and may have a tough time going up against literally millions of law enforcement and military personnel.

The cartoonist seems be to suggesting that what we’re observing all around us in terms of higher temperatures and the concomitant droughts, wildfires, dry riverbeds, emptied aquifers, and superstorms might be interpreted as a sign that humankind should do something to mitigate climate change before it’s too late.
Many of Trump’s Crimes Will Go Unpunished
When all the criminal proceedings against Trump have finally been put to bed, one thing is sure: there will be an uncountable number of crimes that will remain hidden from view. This life of crime will come to an end, but many questions will linger.
The “shocking pattern of illegality” that defined his charity is certain to be one of them.
What a despicable human being. But the most disgusting part of all this is the tens of millions of people who still support him and hope to see him return to power in 2024.
America’s Unique Brand of Racism

Racism isn’t endemic to America, but I’m fairly sure our brand of it is unique. No one would know where to look around the globe to find a large group of people who celebrate a war they lost that was fought for their ancestors’ right to own slaves, for the right to savagely whip innocent human beings, and rape the girls and women according to their satisfaction.
If you’re stupid enough to believe what Fox News tells you, i.e., that the immigrants coming across our southern border are coming for your jobs, that’s sad, and you perhaps deserve our pity. But if you want to celebrate slavery, you’re a deeply disturbed human being.

Indicting Trump
My mom no longer supports Trump, but she’s quite confident that the legal attacks against him are purely political in motive. She asked me the other day what the charges of insurrection have to do with the FBI raid, and, of course, I couldn’t tell her; in fact, there may be none whatsoever.
In fact, from fraud, to tax evasion, extortion, election tampering, witness intimidation, theft of classified documents, to seditious conspiracy and treason, the number of individual crimes is actually hard to list. They don’t necessarily pertain to one another; the only thing that they have in common is that they were all committed by the same career criminal, one who, most assuredly, is going down.
The Mood Actually IS Lightening
Let’s be honest: there is something richly rewarding, and, I guess, amusing to boot, about seeing these arch-criminals come to justice.
Of course, in the world of legal trophy hunting, there’s a huge beast we haven’t yet bagged, but we’re on the scent. Hint: It weighs in the neighborhood of 300 pounds, not too bright, slippery, dangerous when cornered, with distinctively orange fur. Often seen with a red rope around his neck. Shouldn’t be too hard to capture.
