9  Use natural flea medicine

8  Make healthy homemade dog food and treats

7  Give a diet of holistic or organic food

6  Use biodegradable poop bags

5  Use natural or organic shampoos

4  Use eco-friendly cleaning supplies

3  Re-use leases, collars and accessories

Dog owners should always examine any food products and discuss changes to the diet with their vet. Also realize that many toys are made with toxins – consider the materials.
