Trump’s Unhinged Behavior Makes Perfect Sense

UntitledThere’s lots of buzz here about President Trump’s public warning of a mass deportation effort by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), to start next week.  “Next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way into the United States,” he tweeted.

It appears that ICE is preparing to execute a plan that Trump and senior immigration adviser Stephen Miller have reportedly been pushing for months, to arrest and remove thousands of families, which prompted sharp criticism from some former ICE officials, not to mention the vast majority of Americans.

Though this may sound like the erratic behavior of a madman, it’s actually the ultimate no-brainer; anyone could have seen it coming.  Trump is under 16 separate criminal investigations and sees an onslaught of felony allegation barreling down on him like a meteor with his name on it, gaining speed as it hurtles down through the atmosphere.  When we look at history, we see a standard MO of those desperately clinging to power, an extremely common one of which is an ethic cleansing policy like this.  Citizens put up with leaders who operate above the law only in a climate of great fear and hatred.

This isn’t the first of Trump’s acts that, at first glance, looks like it could have come from a mental patient off his meds, and, unfortunately, it won’t be the last. It could be a coincidence that the U.S. is threatening war all over the globe, but do you know of anyone who believes that?

    Craig.

I’ve no wish to be impolite or hurtful, but your rants do seem to be becoming even more desperate, fantastic, deranged and mentally unbalanced yourself om you obsession with President Trump.

As predicted, the huge fuss over the Mueller Inquiry ended not with a dramatic ‘Bang” but a timid whimper, leaving the President unaffected.( although it would appear his opponents should be worried about accounting for their own behavior and wrongdoing).

As each sensationalized, exaggerated or manufactured “scandal” instigated by “Never Trumpers” in the media are revealed as either absurdly petty, inconsequential, inaccurate or just plain untrue, President Trump’s support grows and solidifies.

After nearly three years in office, the President is revealed as a flawed, but very human personality. His “Presidential” style is certainly unusual, but the successful results of his policies and strategies speak for themselves.

After two and a half years, the President is revealed as exactly the same person as the voters knew they were electing ! On the one hand he’s certainly a showman, load and brash. He enjoys his vanities, while his exuberance, clumsy phraseology is very different than his predecessors. takes getting used to. On the other hand, he’s proven shrewd, astute, retrained, and dedicated to putting America, and Americans first.

Having no real political allies in the traditional sense, the Trump Presidency operates in a similar fashion to a sort of family business. He doesn’t hesitate to replace executives who prove unable or unwilling to achieve his targets and strategic objectives.

That may not be not the modern, “Washington Way”, but it’s inconsistent with the terms of the US Constitution. The Trump Presidency is closer to sort of populist Presidency envisioned by the founding fathers than modern Presidencies, dominated by partisan party politics, and ideological allegiances .

Donald Trump is a throwback to early Presidents. The early president’s were all populists, flawed characters whose main attribute was affinity with the ordinary American.

Trump drives his opponents (including yourself) into making outlandish and outrageous statements along with wildly excessive claims. The direst damage he inflicts on his opponents is nothing when compared with the damage he persuades them do to themselves !

The list of accusations against President Trump is lengthy, often contradictory and always hysterical. Over the last 2 years you’ve claimed:

    1) If Trump is elected, huge numbers of Americans will be forced to flee overseas or to Canada.
    2) He will be impeached immediately
    3) Collusion with Russia is not only a fact, but will be easily proved.
    4) There is no “border crisis”.
    5) The election of Trump will cause WW3 within the first 12 months
    6) He will be removed from office or be forced to resign and go to gaol within 2 years.
    7) He will be revealed as a spy
    8) He is really bankrupt
    9) He is a proven holocaust denier and anti-Semitic
    10) He’s a racist/white supremacist against blacks
    11) He hates all Muslims
    12) He is a collaborator with Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Turkey (Curiously, Muslim nations)
    13) He will destroy NAFTA, and never be able to renegotiate with Canada or Mexico
    14) He will start a Nuclear War
    15) He will destroy NATO
    16) He is an uncontrolled war-monger
    17) His wife hates him and the marriage has already ended.
    18) The US economy will be destroyed within 18 months of him taking office
    19) He will start a civil war.
    20) He will cause massive unemployment.

The above 20,are just some of the more moderate claims. The are many even wilder fantasies involving exciting visions of Armageddon, the Apocalypse etc.(too many to list)

So far, none of your “wish list” has occurred ! In reality, the President has proved an exemplary economic manager, (the economy has never been stronger, unemployment has dropped dramatically, especially among poor and blue collar worker). US manufacturing and business investment is recovering, wages growth in concert with increased productivity is beginning to create real ‘in depth’ economic stimulus.

The President has cut the overblown federal bureaucracy saving billions.

For the first time since Reagan, US foreign policy is clear, effective and restrained. NATO has been dramatically strengthened, not at the expense of the US Taxpayer, but by the President forcing the Europeans to strengthen their own commitment and pay their own way.

Russia has been contained by tough and effective sanctions. These measures,in combination with US energy aid to front line small European states bordering Russia, has forced to Putin to re-consider any further expansion. Trump’s very load and vocal opposition to Putin’s personal pet project, the Baltic sea pipeline, makes a mockery of accusations of him being pro-Russian.

(it does ask some questions bout Angela Merkel).

The President has decisive action to oppose “Neo-Nazi” anti-Semites domestically while strengthening Israel, stands in stark contrast to many of his opponents..

The President has engaged China in a measured, calculated contest of wills to avoid a larger and more dangerous conflict as the US tries to curtail and contain Chines excesses and threats.

In contrast to his critics, the President’s personal live appears relatively happy, stable and successful.

The President’s popularity among African-Americans has been steadily increasing. (oddly enough, only a certain type of white liberal accuse him of being racist, not blacks and Hispanics).

As I write, President Trump is striving to contain a deceptive and dangerous Iran regime. There is intense pressure for the President to act, but trump is Bush. The President’s response will be calculated and effective. President Trump strategy will not be “overkill” like Bush, or weak rhetoric like Obama. When it comes it will be targeted and effective.

As a first time President and new politician, Donald Trump has shown a complexity of character. His insightful, statesman-like speeches delivered on the D-Day occasion and earlier in Poland, were outstanding, yet he also reveals no shyness in going ” toe to toe” with critics in the tough world of social media.

By removing illegal migrants, the President is simply ensuring the Federal Authorities implement a long standing law. If Congress wants to change the law, that’s what they were elected and paid to do in Washington ! (But I doubt they would’ve been elected on an open borders platform).

Complaining the President is venal, corrupt or insane for enforcing the law, is pretty weird logic ! Why not simply ask your Congressperson to change the law which they, not the President, enacted?

Are illegal migrants “above the law” ?
