Fox News Is Killing Its Viewers, and It Appears No One Can Stop Them

As appealing a notion as it is, holding Fox News accountable for the death of thousands of viewers, whose only crime was gullibility, is not going to be easy.  That’s because, at least as far as I understand, the plaintiff has to show direct causation, i.e., that certain specific people died by taking the advice of Fox who otherwise would still be alive.

Too bad.  Justice here would sure be sweet.
