Challenging the First Amendment in Arkansas

There is no doubt that 99+% of the people of Arkansas are totally fine with what their governor has said here, and that their kids are learning to be “children of God.”

Of course, this violates the provision of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that prevents the government from making laws that regulate an establishment of religion, and thus such governance, if it were to occur outside the Deep South, it would be obliterated in the courts.

This current Arkansas Governor’s election has clearly demonstrated that the Republican Party voters in Arkansas don’t care one iota about what the US Constitution says.
They, through their newly elected Governor — only care about themselves and what they “want to believe”.
they do not care whether this “decree” is Constitutionally legal, or even morally correct.
they have demonstrated that they “seem to think”, an oxymoron if there ever was one– “they know a better way”.

With this election result — those Arkansas Republican voters have demonstrated to the rest of this country just how far they are willing to go to destroy, not try to fix, but destroy this country.

This result demonstrates that it doesn’t matter to them whether or not their “belief” has any factual basis either — because they’ll “just change the facts” — at least in their own heads.

Sara Huckabee Sanders has a demonstrated / available history of repeatedly not being truthful about factual matters during her Press Office “tenure” in the White House — and she wasn’t even good at it.

What was / is factual though– is that she continually got caught at not being truthful — until it just got laughable.

    It’s all there.

The Arkansas Republican “majority” that voted for her, have now
clearly demonstrated that “they also do not care” about what is demonstrably “truthful, factual, or not”.

They have demonstrated by their vote — that the only thing they care about is “what they believe”, which is, in this one of many instances — diametrically counter and opposed to what the Constitution of the United States was specifically written for and specifically states about the separation of any Church and State.

The Republican voters in Arkansas, by this vote — have demonstrated that they can now be classified as being no different than the pre-WW II German voters that voted for the “new” Nazis beliefs — and History contains what that caused.
    There is no difference.

Both groups, for what ever reason, became dissatisfied with the status quo.

Both groups were “offered a better way”, here through both “MAGA”, and specific basic Evangelical “religious” leanings, and there through the Nazis.

Both groups took to believing in “the better way” i.e., MAGA and those specific basic Evangelical “religious” leanings — that specifically state that the “true believer has the right and duty” to force their “religion” on all others.

The German Nazis brought down upon themselves, through the rest of the world — WW II — because of their “white nationalist oriented “man-on-top / get it over with quick” male dominant male bovine pasture pastry beliefs, along with the specific Nazi based “religious” propaganda / leanings that “they had the right to subvert all others”.

The Bible basically says — “…go and spread the word…”.
It doesn’t say “…shove it down their throats…”.

But present day Republicans / Nazis across this nation DO NOt CARE.
they don’t care because they think “…they alone have ‘gotten’ the ‘word’…”.

Well, OK — let’s just finally find out just how far they have sunk into the pig slop of MAGA and this Evangelical “right to force others to their beliefs”pig “stuff” — because the pure arrogance of Arkansas Governor Sara Huckabee Sanders has caused “the gloves to be taken off”.

This country is going to “get down to it”.

She has put the entire state of Arkansas into the position of being in the “cross-hairs” of possibly suffering future economic ostracism from the rest of the country, and definitely overall ridicule — all brought on by the state’s Republican voter and “their (Der) leader’s (Fuhrer) action with this “decree”.

Who in this country wants to deal with a group of people, now led in Arkansas, by a person who is now demonstrating that she “has the right” to dictate to all of the people in Arkansas –what they are to believe — which she has just done.
That’s no different than Adolf Hitler and his “decrees” — plain and simple.

And it means nothing — that she is obviously under the MAGA / Evangelical illusion that she has any right to even “think of” — because it is so “unChristian”, or any other Religion for that matter — trying to make it happen.

She obviously demonstrates by this “decree”; that she doesn’t care about “what is true”, what is legal, what is moral, and what is purely her own twisted pathetic opinion — which, under the US Constitution — she is entitled to hold.

Sara Huckabee Sanders is a truly pitiful example of a US Republican voter / citizen, both ethically and morally.

She is totally unfit to serve in any elected position.
But those attributes don’t seem to matter to the Arkansas Republican Party or it’s voters.

They, to a person — like all the Nazi party voters / sympathizers before them — are collectively, totally guilty of having caused this to happen — because they knew what she was and believed –before they voted for her.
