Defend this “one nation, under God, with liberty and justice for all.”

Set an example as a faithful leader and hold my neighbors accountable as we unite in an effort to preserve freedom in America.

Do my part in making sure the country our children and their children inherit is one where they can fulfill their God-given potential.

Much of our country has lost sight of our founding principles, faith as an American cornerstone, how we are a people “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights,” and on a singular mission for “liberty and justice for all.”

This foundational disconnect has led to an America that is as divided as ever, where belief in God is at an all-time low, and we’re headed in a direction that questions, rewrites, or abandons our history that made our country the freest and most prosperous in the world.

Most Americans agree that our nation is in trouble. The concept that faith in God is a necessary ingredient in dealing with our woes I would estimate at 20% – 25%.

Now, keep in mind that Carson is trying to raise money, not to run for office, so it doesn’t matter much that his position is a minority one.

Fortunately, the vast majority of Americans prioritize accountability over unity. We have no interest in coming together with the MAGA crowd. Let’s see justice for Trump and his cronies and the re-establishment of rule of law. We’ll see where that takes us.
